When does the annual Friday Afternoon Big Sing take place?

  • This year’s performance takes place on Friday 22nd November 2024

When can I access the stream?

  • The stream will be available to access all afternoon on Friday 22nd November, from 1.15pm and will be accessible as a re-run on Monday 25th November

Who is this suitable for?

  • All students in Key Stage 2 or 3

How many songs will there be?

  • There are 8 songs in total, one aimed at Complex Needs Setting, 3 targeted towards KS3 with more complicated optional harmonies and the remaining are suitable for all.

Do I need to do anything in advance of this performance?

  • You can either just watch the performance or you can access the Friday Afternoon resources from the end of September 2024, as well as a pre-recorded CPD. If you prefer to you can just tune in to watch the performance

Is there a cost to be involved with this?

Key dates:

  • Resources and online CPD video available from Monday 30th September
  • A link to view the stream will be available to you 24 hours before the performance on Friday 22nd November
