Norfolk and Suffolk Music Hub are looking for vibrant, forward-thinking music departments to become Lead Schools and assist us in supporting other educational settings across the two counties, demonstrating and advocating high-quality music education and music making to support the success of the NPME.
We are looking for applications from Primary, Secondary and SEN settings across Norfolk and Suffolk to cover the 12 strategic localities and invite settings to register an interest by completing the application form
The core purpose of a Lead School, as set out within the NPME, is to champion music education, developing and nurturing local school relationships and networks as part of and on behalf of the Hub. Lead Schools are expected to supplement, not replace, the role of the Hub
Timeline:
- Monday 18th November: Applications open
- Friday 10th January, 10am: Applications close
- Friday 20th January: You will be informed if you have been successful in securing a further discussion
- Thursday 30th January and Friday 31st January: 30-minute Teams meetings to discuss applications with Lead School recruitment board
- Friday 7th February: Successful Lead Schools will be informed and contracts will be sent out
