Quotes or recent highlights
“The ensemble gives everyone confidence, team building, camaraderie, and a sense of pulling together” – Helen Barber (conductor)
“It’s an honour for Bure Valley School to host the fabulous Aylsham Cluster Ensemble. The ensemble is a community orchestra group made up of pupils from Bure Valley and surrounding schools (both primary and secondary) as well as adults (staff and non staff). This friendly, inclusive group, meet after school every Thursday to learn new pieces and to rehearse for performances.
The ensemble gives our pupils, both past and present, opportunities to pursue an interest in music, meet like minded people and work as part of a group. We are always encouraging new players to join throughout the year.” – Headteacher, Bure Valley School
