In this CPD, we will look at integrating music with breathing exercises to help students develop self-soothing techniques.

Veronica will introduce participants to modern breathing exercises and traditional pranayama techniques synched to a soundtrack of meditative beats.

In addition, there will be some meditation and gentle stretches to prepare the mind and body for a deeply immersive experience.
