Norfolk Music Hub are looking for acts to perform across our FOUR stages at the Royal Norfolk Show 2024 on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th June 2024!
With four stages this year, we’re ready to host every musical genre and ensemble size, from solo performers to concert bands and choirs. This setup marks our biggest year yet at the Royal Norfolk Show!

School Stage
This stage can accommodate up to 50 performers and is suitable for choirs, musical groups and ensembles
Equipment available to support your performance includes:
- drum kit
- electric piano
- microphones
- music stands
- PA with functionality to play tracks
- a sound engineer to support your performance
Performance slots available:
- Wednesday 26th June, 10.00am – 8.00pm
- Thursday 27th June, 10.00am – 5.00pm
Each performance will be allocated 30 minutes inclusive of setting up and packing down
The closing date for registering is Friday 19th April 2024
Bandstand Stage
This stage is the perfect location for ensembles or bands, whether you’re a brass band, jazz orchestra or school beginner’s ensemble
The stage can accommodate up to 40 performers (some may be located in front of the bandstand)
Equipment available to support your performance includes:
- drum kit
- electric piano
- microphones
- music stands
- PA with functionality to play tracks
- a sound engineer to support your performance
Performance slots available:
- Wednesday 26th June, 10.00am – 6.00pm
- Thursday 27th June, 10.00am – 5.00pm
Each performance will be allocated 40 minutes inclusive of setting up and packing down

Acoustic Stage
Are you a talented soloist, duo or trio? If so then this is the stage for you! Located near the popular food court this intimate stage provides the perfect background to any chilled-out afternoon
Equipment available to support your performance includes:
- electric piano
- microphones
- DI box
- PA
- a sound engineer
This stage will only accommodate up to three performers and as it is acoustic no drums will be permitted
Performance slots available:
- Wednesday 26th June, 10.00am – 8.00pm
- Thursday 27th June, 10.00am – 5.00pm
Each performance will be allocated 40 minutes inclusive of setting up and packing down
The closing date for registering is Friday 19th April 2024
New Noise Stage
We are happy to announce the introduction of the New Noise stage. Set in the woodland area this stage is for smaller ensembles and bands requiring amplification
Equipment available to support your performance includes:
- drum kit
- electric piano
- microphones
- guitar and bass amps
- PA with functionality to play tracks
- a sound engineer to support your performance
Performance slots available:
- Wednesday 26th June 2024
- Thursday 27th June 2024
Each performance will be allocated 30 minutes inclusive of setting up and packing down

Please note:
Performers on both the School stage and Bandstand stage will be sent a link to get their entrance tickets via the Royal Norfolk Showground. This may include coach and car park tickets and will be at the discretion of the RNAA. Only performers on the Acoustic Stage and New Noise Stage will receive tickets via the Norfolk Music Hub
Each performer will be issued with a free entrance to the Norfolk Show. Any performers under the age of 16 not attending with their educational setting will need to be chaperoned by a parent or guardian (one additional entrance ticket will be issued for each under 16 taking part for a parent/guardian chaperone)
We will be in contact by May 6th if we are able to offer you a performance opportunity this year. Once you have accepted the performance slot offered you will be asked to submit a set list and stage plan for your performance including any technical requirements by May 31st
Any students under the age of 16 will need to apply for a child performance licence if they are not attending with their educational setting. Proof of this licence will be required by May 31st 2024.
