Pupils from across Norfolk & Suffolk are invited to take part in a musical picnic!
This year, we are partnering with Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association, Charanga and Big Sky Creative to bring you a picnic celebrating musical excellence, performed by our autism-friendly, interactive band, Free Flow.
Join us in the woods of the New Noise Stage for this musical picnic and enjoy your lunch whilst being entertained by our very own Free Flow band!

Who is the performance aimed at?
- This performance is accessible to all young people across Norfolk & Suffolk
Will we be expected to sing?
- This is totally up to you, there will be elements where you can join Free Flow Friday in song, but if you would like to simply enjoy the performance and your lunch this is absolutely fine.
What will happen on the day?
- On the day head up to the New Noise stage and be checked into to our picnic area by a member of the Music Hub Team. Sit back relax, enjoy your lunch and sing with Free Flow Friday.
What will we do the rest of the day if attending in person?
- During the day you are welcome to visit the Royal Norfolk Show in your school parties. Tickets and parking is offered free of charge to school parties
- We will also be running a school’s stage where it is hoped you will book a time to perform along with a singing picnic in the woods with Echoes of The East. Please click on this link to book your performance slot on the school’s stage
